'Browse foreign values' in table search does not seem to work correctly.<br>

Although you can browser foreign values in the newly opened window, it<br>
does not enter the value being selected. Id of the field seems to cause<br>
this and I'm not sure why there are two id s (line 182/183 and 187/188<br>
of table_select.lib.php).<br>
