</div>INSTALL seems very standard to me, but then again I'm old[1]. Whether or<br>
not to actually rename the file so less "seasoned" users can figure it<br>
out doesn't much matter to me, but I'd prefer "install.txt" rather than<br>
"INSTALL.txt".<br>
