I am a first year B.Tech student of Electronics and Communication<br>
Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee). I<br>

I was trying to implement the feature request #1359<br>
<a href="http://sourceforge.net/p/phpmyadmin/feature-requests/1359/" target="_blank">http://sourceforge.net/p/phpmyadmin/feature-requests/1359/</a> and I searched<br>
for many JS grid editors and finally I thought to use Handsontable (<br>
<a href="http://handsontable.com" target="_blank">handsontable.com</a>) grid editor. It is very light weight and also have so<br>
many options which brings a lot of flexibility while editing data in<br>
phpMyAdmin. I want to know how it was implemented in the current version,<br>
so that while making changes I won't disturb other modules.<br>

I have also submitted a pull request<br>

to switch to dark theme in console and also some minor ui bug fixes in<br>
designer but the Codacy check is failed because of not using camel case for<br>
PMA_console.config which is already defined and I don't want to change the<br>
names of the object as it will break the code. However it is showing<br>
failed. Please have a look into that pull request<br>

As per the discussion on the recent team meeting [1] I have started working<br>
on updating metro theme to be compatible with phpMyAdmin 4.4 and you can<br>
find what I've done so far at [2]. I am basically going through all the<br>
commits that had some style/image change since 2013 and adapting them to<br>
metro them to make sure nothing is missed.<br>

No, I haven't made any theme for phpmyadmin, but I have made Metro UI<br>
themes for other projects. As I have experience in metro (flat) design, I<br>
just wanted to contribute to the metro theme of phpmyadmin. Sorry for the<br>
confusion. So let me know if there is some part of the theme that needs to<br>
be worked upon and so, and I'd contribute on that.<br>
