[Phpmyadmin-devel] Regarding feature request "disable foreign kehy checks"

I think this feature is implemented for import database facility in PMA version 5.0 dev. While it is not for other facilities like truncate , delete etc. Is it ok if I do not include the implementation of this feature for import database facility in my proposal as it is already present in next version, or should I include it ?
