I confirm that on the sf.net list, the "reply_goes_to_list" setting was
"This list".
Okay, having no strong opinion about this I've made the change. Note
that in either case, users who which to override the default can
instruct their mail client to set an explicit value for the Reply-To:
header.
Replies now go to the list by default. Please don't do anything
embarrassing :D
