Well, 'translation' is missing the article and 'you are' is used twice in the same sentence, so I would write: 'You are using an incomplete translation, please help to make it better by <a href="http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/improve.php#translate">contributing</a>.'
Or is that being too picky?
