When someone says "data could be exported in the PDF format", I don't know exactly what he means.
What I plan to do is to generate a PDF report from a query. This is not what I would call "export" as the PDF format cannot be compared to CSV or SQL in terms of "importability".
Compare it to Word or LaTeX exports.
OK, I'll try to create an export plugin for this.
