Hi Pawel and welcome to the list!
So, when i tried to use phpMyAdmin - it appealed to db 'mysql'. Error is occured:
Amazing: I've submitted a patch to the CVS tree a few minuts ago and this patch fix the bug you faced!
Either get the last CVS version or wait for one or two days: 2.2.1 should be released very soon now.
