Hello I am Mohammad Luqman currently pursuing MCA from AMU,Aligarh. I have submitted a fix for issue for bug #12948. In my opinion a simple config change in hourMax value for the timepicker plugin is enough. Since I am a newbie here and wants to participate in GSOC 2017, i need some suggestions if i am wrong. If someone reviews the commit and may provide their thoughts that will be thankful.
