What I think that means is that App Engine has somehow mistaken the cookie-clearing behavior you've described as possibly nefarious and spammy and put a block on you. I doubt that this is a Melange problem at all; I hypothesize that even when you visit google-melange.com you're getting blocked by App Engine before App Engine even passes your request to Melange.

I think the best thing for you to attempt is to find some way to get the attention of and assistance from the App Engine folks - probably by sending mail to google-appengine@googlegroups.com or perhaps by filing an issue in their issue tracker?
