I'm newbie with phpmyadmin

Could you help me?

Two Help:

1) I installed on RedHat PHPMYADMIN to use my personal mysql database but i see that those interface connect only TEST database, how to set the others databases?

2) I have to replace a databse CSV (ex. "first name"; "last name"; ) form a old database ACCESS .... on excel it's fine but on PhpMyAdmin there is not a page to import a CSV table. Coud u explain me how to do it?
