Also you should be able to update the application till the deadline, so
even if you submit it right now, fill in remaining details. We might
ask you questions meanwhile to improve the application, however final
evaluation will be done after deadline, so the final state of your
application is important.


I have provided couple patches to PMA. So maybe it would be better to provide a link to my application draft in the mailing list where I discussed ideas. I would provide all the links to my patches in my application. Is that reasonable?
