[phpMyAdmin Developers] [Newbie][Introduction Note]

Hello Team

I am *Raman Tehlan*, A student with love for *phpMyAdmin* since *2011*. I have my development environment ready, will take few days to understand the structure. Will *start with fixing bugs and issues*, you can expect contributions from me soon, maybe by the weekend.

I will also be submitting my proposal for *GSoC-2018* soon, for the community to review and give feedback on it. Also, I am open to new ideas, other than mentioned in the list.

Finally, I guess I am speaking for all the users of phpMyAdmin, *thank you* to all the contributors, for creating and supporting this wonderful project. We all love you guys.
