Hi devs,

Recently I was working on refactoring tbl_gis_visualization.php. And I found it pretty hard to test it out as I'm not familiar with processing GIS data with MySQL and phpMyAdmin. Any advice for that?

Also, how about providing a general test database with test data? By this way we can test out our project much easier.
