[phpMyAdmin Developers] URGENT -- Bug breaks MAJOR phpMyAdmin functionality

      Greetings Devo,

Wanted to direct your attention to bug #18968. This started as a normal 
bug report, but after manually creating a function in the general SQL 
editor that has TWO ROW input parameters, the result is a BROKEN 
phpMyAdmin interface.

After reading the base bug report, PLEASE direct your attention to the 
follow-on comment concerning the BREAK.
