Because seeing the table names is probably a very common goal when
clicking on the db name in navi, how about auto-expanding also the
Tables level?
I was thinking about similar thing - to always expand tables once
database is expanded (regardless automatically or by clicking). Indeed
the most usual thing to go are tables.
