oops! I just saw a problem, please try to reproduce it. On the user page, I click on Grants for a user and I cannot see his grants. Works ok in 2.2.0.
Well there is no difference between these two versions with my config (but in my "mysql.db" table all the "Db" fields contains wildcards and most of the "Host" fields are empty -to refer to the "mysql.host" table-).
