[Phpmyadmin-devel] Don't use PHP 5.1.3

      Hi all

PHP 5.1.3 seems to be hardly broken in handling POST and GET arrays and
it kills many PHP apps including phpMyAdmin. See PHP bug #37276 [1] for
details.
