No, the application does a hard crash, It Quits Instantly, NO warning...
The next thing I see is a dialog sending Apple the crash dump info...

I will do a two dumps tomorrow, one from Navicat, and one from phpMyAdmin and forward them to you...

This might very well be a cookie/session problem...
