[Phpmyadmin-devel] Needs help for the pull-request

Hi there, I've fixed a bug that is not list on the issue tracker and made the pull-request to github. But it seems to be failed as Codacy says I've raised a new issue. I read the issue detail but I have no idea about what is going on as I did not edit the file in my commit.
