We have no control over your particular phpMyAdmin installation. Please ask your system administrator for help with this.

The official download of phpMyAdmin comes with over forty translations and many more are partially translated through the Weblate interface[1]. Partial translations can be enabled by your system administrator through running directly from git; the official release only contains languages which are mostly complete.
