[phpMyAdmin Developers] For GSOC 2019 as a Student

Respected Sir/Madam I Wanted to contribute to convert the UI to Bootstrap even I have worked in many projects as a frontend and backend developer. If we wish to make it responsive and have a good UI design we can have it.
