Good ideas. Another idea: how about small popup balloon when hovering table
header?
Indeed, that's a good idea.
On that apple site, it looks nice how that shadow around the element
appears while dragging. Maybe that's possible for the column dragging
too?
This is rather complicated. I checked the site and found that every columns is built in
its own div, so it's easy to animate one column at once. While, in phpMyAdmin
browse-mode, what we have is a <table> structure.
