thanx for your concern Edward,
i had thought of doing what you suggested as my last option.
i have been continuously talking for this issue at all Google forums but
none of the official Google voice commented when i asked if i can make a
new account. I have talked at all level.
so, if my suspension is not removed in next 4-5 hours then i will certainly
make a fresh account. But till then, i will wait for some fix from Google's
side.

I think it's ok to register a new account, or use another account,
feasible one of the solutions.
Also asking on GSOC IRC channel, administrators from Google could help you.

hi mentors,
I did register as student and submitted my proposal. But today when i
tried to login, I found that my access is suspended to GSOC. I was
redirected to the page saying "If you've been redirected to this page from
a particular product, it means that your access to this product has been
suspended."

Please see to this issue. It is very much important for me. I have really
worked so hard for it. At this moment, something like this is happening,
which is very discouraging.
I am very much nervous.
can i make another account and do all the procedures again..?
or what shoul i do.. plzz reply soon as only 1 day is left.
