Solution:
in tbl_dump.php3, replace "attachment" by "inline" in the Content-Disposition line.
Tested with IE 5.5, IE 5.0, NN4.

Just says :-
Internet Explorer cannot download tbl_dump.php3 from www.uklinux.net
Works fine for dump to screen without the 'send' option ????
