I reported the bug few hours ago. http://sourceforge.net/p/phpmyadmin/bugs/3862/ it still here, even phpMyAdmin 4.0.0-beta3 released.
PHP 5.4.13 + nginx 1.2.7 + MariaDB 5.5.30
Cloud not create table , the form could not load.
