Hi,
Have a look at the error log file of Apache
(/var/log/apache2/error.log). It will tell you why Apache won't
restart. Probably because of a configuration issue.
Or you could just skip the part of the tutorial where Jenkins (on port
8080) is proxied by apache, and access Jenkins directly on port 8080
(I assume you're installing this on your own PC, not on a public
server?)
