[phpMyAdmin Developers] "The service is disabled now" in Synology

Good Morning, I have contacted the Synology support because I get the problem in the picture attached: basically I can't access the index page and get the error message "The service is disabled now" . They told me that they don't develop the phpmyadmin package and that I should ask you about the issue. May I kindle ask you to help me with this problem? Thank you in advance. Best Regards, Morris
