are you talking about phpmyadmin/htdocs/phpMyAdmin? If yes, I guess that scripts/create-release.sh, item 9, should be modified.

Is your auto-update script running from your personal crontab?

By the way, is phpmyadmin/phpMyAdmin useful?

The script is there so we don't need to update the test copy by hand constantly. It runs every 3 hours pulling the latest tree from CVS. It's been working perfectly for the last 2 weeks, so I intend to leave it there, and make everybodies life easier.
