Hi, it seems that since version 4.3, this setting no longer has any impact. PHP errors are displayed, with an offer to send them to the error reporting server.
Is this what was intended?

I don't think this was ever discussed, but unless somebody complains I'd keep it as it is and remove this setting.

It makes sense. Also, if a user chooses "Ignore all" at the first report, it will pretty much do the same as setting $cfg['Error_Handler']['display'] to false.
I'll take care of this removal for 4.3.3.
