Hi

I think this theme looks good. ( https://github.com/phpmyadmin/themes/tree/master/mhn)

This one because material design is the theme that are usually preferred now a days. Google is also using this in their products. Ex Google Search, Google Adsense, Google Contacts, GSOC Website, Google IO Website etc.

I am attached one image also if we have other themes like this.

It would be great if you can look at the issue and comment your feelings about theme change.
