I'll do that later this night (if not done yet at this time), and do the announcmenet @freshmeat and on the lists. If you want to do that before, please just make sure to give some details in the mailing-list announcement, for example a copy/paste of that:
Main changes/improvements for version 2.2.4: Some improvements: * better support for cookies with multiple domains * new feature: mark row (on some browsers) * optional recall of previous login in cookie mode * optional disable of the Function column * can now optimize many tables in one operation * new "light" left frame: load only the table names for the current database (previous mode still available with a config. option) * in the tables list, do not display Browse, Select, Empty links if no data * some languages were updated. * documentation updates * new languages: hungarian, ukrainian, hebrew
Some fixes: * do a manual Select against a table different for the one displayed, and you could not edit the results. * open_basedir restriction * some undefined variables * problem with Mozilla 0.9.7 * problem when someone forgets to uncheck the null checkbox * Query by example returned unlimited rows * wrong calculation for overhead in multiple tables printview * wrong page back after edit * error with the cookies on the login page * problem with https * could not revoke some user permissions
(from download page... :)

Mmm, just a last little thing: the Timestamp NOW() problem has not yet been solved...
A a few weeks before, the function of the first field of type timestamp was set as "NOW()", which is the default behaviour when you use the mysql text client. Now, after change of loic if I remember correctely, it's not working this way anymore. Which way is the best ? Otherwise we could add another config variable to set the default behaviour: IMHO the NOW() should *also* be set on UPDATE(), not only on INSERT() : that is exactely why the timestamp field is made for :)
And other thing: if the field is not empty, shouldn't the NULL Checkbox be ignored ? (in tbl_replace directely). It's fine with "good" browsers with correct JS handling, but for example with Opera under linux, well... :)
Regards, Olivier, which will release the files then tomorrow morning :)
