I would say (just my opinion, please comment!) : - we add a /docs directory - per language an en/, fr/, it/, etc. subdirectory - and in /docs/index.html the list of translated languages + link to the files

And yes, just documentation.html would be enough, because it includes quite all the other files.

4. Is anyone working on french translation of documentation.html 'cause I don't

want to duplicate efforts ?

not yet, but maybe we should finalize the english version before starting to work on translations ?
