Hi devs, Now that we are near the 4.1.0 release, I have started the MAINT_4_1_0 branch and switched QA_4_1 to 4.1.1-dev.

MAINT_4_1_0 is currently identical to the rc3. I suggest we first discuss on this list, before merging anything to MAINT_4_1_0.

Normal bug fixes may go to QA_4_1 for 4.1.1.
