I did a bit of poking around in the online documentation, and certainly nothing in the 3.2x's cares.

Nobody is against, so I'll drop remove_remarks() code in lib.inc.php3, suppress one line in db_readdump.php3 and close bug #444279 (# problem in uploaded file). (in an effort to close bugs :))
