[Phpmyadmin-devel] Yet another automated checker

Hi all I've just enabled another automated checker tool on our repository - scrutinizer-ci.com The checks might need some tuning, but the nice thing is that it comments on pull requests and says changes caused by it. I believe this can further improve our patch review process.
