I think it's ok to remove it from the top of database/table list and replace it with small form of logo (the one without the sailboat) since it eats a lot of space there. But I think it should remain in the login page.

It could use more compact logo (without sailboat). On the other side, the sailboat logo fits there nicely.

It's pretty but I'm concerned about screen space.
