Merge Recent and Favorites to single line and change looks, save space.

Too many redundant code and unnecessary hack skills, and I'd like to remake other part of PMA after GSoC, please reconsider my GSoC proposal.

It looks nice, though I'm a bit worried about UI consistency as this is introducing yet another widget with different look than all what we have so far.
