Yes, there is just one minor bug when executing an query with a non-existant table and then opening the query window. Should be fixed quite easily, I will have a look at this the next time.
Your patch looks good, I'd say go for it (see my comment)...

Thinking it over, I have some small fixes that should not break anything and would re-allow MySQL 4.1 users to insert data and view the structure page correctly. I'm going to merge them in a couple of minutes. :-)
