in "Original" the input fields of the starting row and number of cells are on the same line as the questions they are related to; this is not the case in "pmahomme" (unless you are at the first data page).

I also can't produce the bug with the resolution of 1366 x 768.
I believe I fixed this problem with commit cd29417260525a9768df0b9539c9c709214c668d.
