Hello,
Still learning for my exams, but spent a moment on phpmyadmin this afternoon:
- removed or recategorised some of the bugs (target: nb_bugs -> 0... :) if you have some time, feel free to review some of the unasigned bugs, and don't hesitate to close or move them to the feature request page if you think it's necessary - applied 2 patches: - display of nb of tables on db_details (#451138) - limiting length of displayed strings in browse view (#451137) - added display of nb of tables in left.php : I don't know if you will like it, but I find that practical on my server with 150 db's :) (would be easy to remove if necessary: please comment!) - made some tests und ns and opera
I'm happy to see the bugs list shrinking :) There are still a few big bugs which need work before -final but it seems they are already all assigned, so it seems to be on the right way.
I got several mails from people waiting for the real 2.2.0, for example somebody working on the Sun Cobalt Server Appliances software (they want to include phpMyAdmin): I "promised" him it would be ready in 3-4 weeks: I hope it will the case :)
Voila, c'est tout :) Thanks for your work & see you later! Olivier
