Hi All,
An update for the PHPExcel (1.7.6) library was released yesterday.
Shall I update it in phpMyAdmin? If yes, only in master/3.4-dev, or also in QA_3_3?

I think that we should not touch 3.3 because we know how the previous library behaved with 3.3.
About 3.4, I suggest to wait until the release candidate is out, then update only in master for 3.5, unless you see that we have problems with current library in 3.4.

Are there any fixes which look important to us?

Definitely not in 3.3, I'm also hesitating about 3.4, because it might break more things than it fixes.

They claim improvements in memory usage when creating an Excel-file, but I didn't test it yet. And some bugfixes, but nothing special.

Well this is most frequent problem I see on the demo server, so it might be worth trying.

I remember seeing reports about excessive memory usage for phpMyAdmin users when exporting with this, so please test it, for 3.4.
