Hi All, An update for the PHPExcel (1.7.6) library was released yesterday. Shall I update it in phpMyAdmin? If yes, only in master/3.4-dev, or also in QA_3_3? -- Kind regards, Dieter Adriaenssens

I think that we should not touch 3.3 because we know how the previous library behaved with 3.3. About 3.4, I suggest to wait until the release candidate is out, then update only in master for 3.5, unless you see that we have problems with current library in 3.4. -- Marc Delisle http://infomarc.info

They claim improvements in memory usage when creating an Excel-file, but I didn't test it yet. And some bugfixes, but nothing special.
Shall I update it in phpMyAdmin? If yes, only in master/3.4-dev, or also in QA_3_3?
Definitely not in 3.3, I'm also hesitating about 3.4, because it might break more things than it fixes.

I remember seeing reports about excessive memory usage for phpMyAdmin users when exporting with this, so please test it, for 3.4.
And some bugfixes, but nothing special.
