I sent the list of changes to the translators list. I suggest to release 2.9.0-beta1 in one or two weeks.
I plan to open QA_2_9 but I would prefer if we first reach a decision about:
- auto-numbering in Documentation.html

I vote for static numbers in HTML (we have anyway hardcoded FAQ numbers, so it makes not sense do create headings dynamically).

decision? i thought the decision is to re-add the hard coded numbers? just nobody including or especially me has not found the time to change this ...
a comment on auto-numbering: when i removed the numbers i recognized that not any browser supports auto-numbering, but i relied on the fact the most hints to specific faq uses links - so this would do no harm and second even with auto-numbering the numbering would never change as long as new faq-items where added last

I did not see a decision about this, just discussions.
