I was using the Sakila lynda course and using her phpmyadmin sample
database.
But I faced a problem and I can not use the phpmyadmin sample database
anymore
It seems my account or ip is blocked.
I would be very thankful if you could solve my problem.

I am working on the backlink structure for AS Financiering. The purpose is
to clean up the structure and remove links that are giving a negative
effect. Apparently, the link from your page is giving such an effect.
