[Phpmyadmin-translators] One last message for 2.6.0

Hi translators,

A few hours before 2.6.0-rc3 I had to add a new message to the language
files in order to have phpMyAdmin recognize the new Persian unicode
collations that were introduced with MySQL 4.1.5.

I hope this is the last one for 2.6.0.
