[Phpmyadmin-translators] How do i want to add my languange to phpmyadmin

greetings and hi to all, I'm from Malaysia, I've just complete the translation of phpMyAdmin to my language, malay. how do i get listed on the Language Libraries... thanks for the help...thank you
