The message strUpgradeMySQL is gone, and the new message now is:

$strUpgrade = 'You should upgrade to %s %s or later.';

The first parameter is the product and the second one is the version. For example: MySQL 3.23.x

I changed all the message files. If you sent recently a file in the translation tracker, please adjust this file to include the new message and resubmit. Thanks.
