[Phpmyadmin-devel] moving Browse - Select - Insert

Hi,

we got a feature request to move Browse at the top of the structure
display.  What do you think of
moving the whole line Browse - Select - Insert at the top, just below
the comments.

Another idea: add a navigation bar with small icons.
