[Phpmyadmin-devel] Feature add, Support for locked tables

Hi,

i've add support for locked tables in db_details.php3.

You must set $cfgSkipLockedTables=true; in config.inc.php3 to activate this
features,
because the feature skip counting of rows if the tables is marked as
'in_use'.

This is very useful for server with very high mysql traffic and permanent
locked tables.

If have anyone an idea to detect locked tables on another way, please write
me.
