[Phpmyadmin-devel] Merge db_dump & tbl_dump

Hi,

i have merged in devel tree tbl_dump and db_dump to tbl_dump,
because the code was 98% identical.

additionally i've change the dump header to this (english version):

theoretically, we can delete db_dump.php3 from cvs devel tree.
